We warmly invite people who have someone with an alcohol problem in their family or among friends. Al-Anon is a support group for families and friends of people affected by alcoholism. In Al-Anon, you can find understanding, friendship, and learn how to handle relationships with an addicted person. We invite you to Polish-speaking meetings of the groups "Hope" and "Courage to Change". The meetings of the "Hope" group take place on Wednesdays at 7pm at Our Lady Of Consolation Church, 184 Metropolitan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249. To enter the meeting room, go to the left side of the church to the end, through the last door on the left enter a small hallway, go straight through the second door and the room is on the right side. The meetings of the "Courage to Change" group take place on Fridays at 7pm at 104a St. Marks Place, New York, NY 10009.
