Accountant wanted in a construction company - experience in construction accounting

Construction company is looking for an accountant, preferably with experience in construction accounting, who can manage and analyze financial documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability. Handling everything from daily accounting and payroll to tax preparation and strategic forecasting is required, providing key data that helps companies make informed financial decisions. Main responsibilities:

• Financial reporting: preparation and maintenance of key financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Accounting and reconciliation: overseeing accounts payable/receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements with the general ledger.
• Taxes: calculating due taxes, preparing tax returns for businesses or individuals, and ensuring strict compliance with tax regulations.
• Audit: conducting internal audits to verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies; assisting with external audits.
• Budgeting and forecasting: analyzing past financial performance to develop budgets, forecasting future trends, and suggesting cost reduction strategies.
