Experienced Construction Engineer Wanted in New York

We are looking for an experienced construction engineer for a luxury residential property in New York.

Requirements: – local engineer 94 – minimum 5 years of practical experience in chiller operation – experience in maintaining cooling tower compliance, including testing, inspections, documentation, and regulatory requirements – strong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, pumps, electrical systems, and building automation systems – valid Q-01 or Q-99 license – valid S-12, S-13, and S-95 certificates – professional references required, which will be verified
