Experienced handyman for work on the Upper West Side in Manhattan

We are looking for an experienced handyman to join our team on the Upper West Side in Manhattan. This hands-on role includes:

• Performing apartment repairs and work orders
• Preparing apartments between tenants
• Painting and cleaning apartments
• Maintaining common areas and grounds
• Handling trash and recycling
• Close collaboration with the superintendent and building staff

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• General knowledge of plumbing and electrical work
• Ability to communicate in English
• Basic computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
