Hiring an experienced handyman on the Upper West Side

Hiring an experienced handyman on the Upper West Side, Manhattan. We are looking for a person to join our team who will be responsible for:

• performing repairs in apartments
• preparing apartments for new tenants
• painting and cleaning
• maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the building
• taking out the trash and sorting waste
• collaborating with the superintendent and building staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
• general knowledge of plumbing and electrical work
• ability to communicate in English
• basic computer skills
• strong customer service skills

Additional information:

• Occasional concierge service may be required
• This is a non-union building
• Rate: negotiable $25-30/h
