I need help with repairs in Huntington, Long Island

I have a few things to do at a property in Huntington, Long Island:

• Removal of old silicone and resealing around the shower/bathtub, toilet, and any open gaps. Please do not seal over the old silicone. It must be cleaned, dried, and properly sealed.
• Repair of walls on the front steps - fixing loose/broken bricks and mortar.
• Garage repair - the damaged part must be knocked out from the other side of the garage and repaired.
