We are looking for an experienced estimator for our growing team specializing in facade restoration and external construction.
Responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate estimates and proposals for facade restoration projects
• Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and bidding documents
• Performing quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors
  Requirements:
• Experience in estimating facade restoration or external construction projects
• Proficiency in Planswift and/or Bluebeam Revu
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with projects compliant with local NYC law 11 is a plus
