Looking for 1 bedroom or studio in Ridgewood/Bushwick from July 1

Brooklyn, NY - I am looking for an apartment with one bedroom or a spacious studio in the neighborhoods of Ridgewood or Bushwick with a rental start date of July 1. My maximum budget is $2500, but I am looking for something at a lower price to save some money for the future. I dream of an apartment with good lighting, wooden floors, and "character"; an additional advantage would be the availability of some outdoor space (e.g., a balcony or garden). A necessary condition is the acceptance of cats. I am an exemplary tenant, I am just over 30 years old, and I am at an age where I do not throw loud parties. I have a credit score above 700 points and an excellent rental history. If necessary, I can provide personal references. I am also open to other neighborhoods; I know that finding something in Greenpoint within my budget may be difficult, but I really like that area.
