Looking for a caregiver for a 6-year-old child in Maspeth (Queens)

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and warm caregiver to take care of our 6-year-old child in Maspeth (Queens). We are interested in a stable collaboration and a person who will assist us with daily school logistics and take care of the little one after classes. We are looking for someone from the nearby area: Maspeth, Ridgewood, Middle Village. Main responsibilities: – Morning drop-off: work starts promptly at 7 AM. – Help with getting ready for school, then drop the child off at 8 AM (5 minutes from home). – Afternoon pick-up: pick up the child from school at 2 PM and stay with the child until the parents return around 5 PM-6 PM. – Care during illness: in case of the child's illness and inability to go to school, full-time care may be required – from 7 AM to 5 PM (to be arranged). – After-school care: reheating previously prepared lunch, ensuring order and hygiene after returning from school. – Time organization: creative play at home or spending time outdoors in the backyard, helping with homework. – Light housekeeping: maintaining order in the child's play areas, cleaning up dishes after the child's meal.

Requirements: – Experience in caring for school-aged children (references will be an additional asset). – Absolute punctuality and a high sense of responsibility. – Non-smoker, cheerful, and energetic person who easily connects with a 6-year-old. – Good work organization and diligence.

Employment details: – Workdays: Monday to Friday. – Salary: to be agreed upon (attractive hourly or weekly rate, depending on experience). – Start date: mid-September 2026.
