Looking for a caregiver for daughters in Teaneck – night shifts

We are looking for a non-smoking woman near Teaneck, to work the night shift from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, from Monday to Friday and on weekends. The job involves caring for our intelligent daughters, who have muscular dystrophy. We are looking for someone who is physically strong and emotionally mature. We do not want an employee who is busy with their mobile phone or irritated when asked for help. Our daughters are 35, 33, and 26 years old and need assistance with activities such as: using the toilet, occasional showering, brushing teeth, changing clothes, and going to bed. They also need repositioning during sleep when they call on the phone, as well as occasional suctioning or administering medication for one of the daughters. (My son, who is also disabled, is put to bed by his own caregiver, but at night he also asks for help with repositioning or handing him a tissue or drink). The girls cannot stand steadily on the ground, so they need to be lifted when transferring from the electric wheelchair to the bed, from the wheelchair to the toilet, or from the toilet back to the wheelchair. We do not have a Hoyer lift, but each of the girls is about 5 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. We pay $30 per hour.
