Looking for a diligent person to clean an apartment in Manhattan

For regular cleaning of an apartment in Manhattan, I am looking for a person who is thorough, diligent, and independent. I need someone who has experience in running a household, is well-organized, and can independently notice what needs to be done. Scope of duties: – comprehensive cleaning and maintaining the apartment in perfect order – vacuuming, mopping floors and surfaces – bathroom and kitchen – ironing and folding clothes – washing windows if necessary – paying attention to details and aesthetics of the apartment – occasional additional tasks related to running a household

I am looking for someone who does not need detailed instructions and can see for themselves what else can be done to make the apartment look very good. Work during the week, day and hours to be arranged. Possibility of long-term cooperation. Only with Polish or Ukrainian language.
