Looking for a nanny for two boys with autism in Pelham, NY

I am looking for a full-time nanny for my two boys aged 7 and 10, who have autism and are non-verbal. Work mainly from Monday to Friday, including:

• Morning preparations: waking the children, feeding them, and taking them to the bus (6:15-7:45).
• Afternoon pickup: children return from the bus at 14:30/15:00.
• Sometimes work late (1-2 times a week).
• At least 40 hours per week.
• I can provide a car, but driving skills are required.
• I prefer someone who can cook and help with household organization.
• Please no smokers.
  I live in Pelham, NY, close to the Bronx border, within walking distance to MetroNorth, which takes 30 minutes to Grand Central. Salary negotiable.
