Looking for a reliable cleaner for a small house in East Elmhurst, Queens

I am looking for a reliable cleaner to clean a small house in East Elmhurst, Queens. Schedule: every 2 weeks, Thursday or Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break (paid). The house includes: living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, 3 bedrooms. Important: not all 3 bedrooms need to be cleaned during each visit. Usually, 1 or 2 bedrooms will require cleaning, and priorities/instructions will be provided at each visit. Typical cleaning includes: - vacuuming - dusting - mopping floors - cleaning kitchen surfaces and stovetop - wiping countertops, microwave, windows, and sills - cleaning bathrooms - laundry - very basic organization (instructions will be provided at each visit). Additional cleaning: at each visit, one area may require deeper cleaning. This will change each time, and instructions will be provided. Examples: cleaning inside the fridge, oven, closet. Cleaning products: most cleaning is done using mild products, such as water and vinegar, instead of strong chemicals. Requirements: - energetic and hardworking - follows instructions well - respects and cleans carefully - must speak basic English or Russian. Other information: there are pets in the house, but no care is required for them, cleaning around the cat litter box may be needed. I am looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their work and is comfortable following a simple cleaning plan for each visit. Compensation: 160-200 PLN per visit.
