Looking for an experienced handyman in Manhattan (Upper West Side)

We are looking for an experienced handyman for a building in Manhattan (Upper West Side), who will be responsible for:

• repairs in apartments
• preparing units between tenants
• painting and cleaning
• maintaining common areas and the grounds around the building
• taking out the trash and recycling
• collaborating with the superintendent and the rest of the team

We are looking for someone who knows the basics of plumbing and electrical work, has conversational English, and basic computer skills. We seek a person who enjoys working with others and will become part of a cohesive team. The building is not unionized.
