Quiet man looking for a room to rent until May 2027

Middle-aged man is looking for a room for the period from 10/17 (may be from 11/01) to the end of May 2027. I am quiet, neat, clean, I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't use drugs, and living with roommates is not new to me, but I expect the same. I do not accept any guests in the apartment. I work in the healthcare industry, I am not at home from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Preferably within a 30-minute drive from Canarsie, where I work. Wyckoff, Ridgewood are welcome, but not necessary. Best somewhere where there are not too many parking problems. I am currently in Poland, please contact me on the provided phone number via WhatsApp, as the number is temporarily suspended, but works in the app, or by email: vorbius@gmail.com.
