Reliable and responsible tenant is looking for a studio, single room, or apartment in any neighborhood of New York except Staten Island. An ideal space is very small (200 square feet or less). I am looking for a move-in date of August/September with a maximum budget of $700 per month. I can pay upfront for three months. About me: stable income, quiet, respectful, and clean place without pets, references available upon request. I am looking for a safe, well-maintained social housing/studio and I am open to locations in Manhattan (Harlem), Brooklyn, Queens, or the Bronx.
