Seeking a reliable concierge for weekends in a residential building.

Schedule: – Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 19:00 or 10:00 to 18:00.

Duties: – Maintaining cleanliness and order in the common areas of the building. – Disposing of trash and waste segregation. – Monitoring conditions in the building. – Reporting any maintenance issues to the management.

Requirements: – Responsible, punctual, independent person. – Previous experience as a concierge or in building maintenance.

Location: Upper West Side, non Union building.
