We are looking for an experienced handyman on the Upper West Side!

We are looking for an experienced handyman (Upper West Side / Manhattan). We are seeking an experienced handyman to join our team. This hands-on role includes:

• performing repairs in apartments and completing work orders
• preparing apartments for new tenants
• painting and cleaning apartments
• maintaining common areas and grounds
• managing waste and recycling
• close collaboration with the superintendent and building staff.
  The ideal candidate should have:
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• general knowledge of plumbing and electrical work
• ability to communicate in English
• basic computer skills
• strong customer service skills.
