Event Description

“Kisses” is a play dedicated to Maria Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska, a poet whose words still enchant today. The year 2025 has been declared the year of Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska in Poland, and this play “Kisses” was created to honor the memory of this great poet. We will be transported to a world where poetry intertwines with music, and in the play, we will encounter both the poetry of Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska and her (played by Agata Pilitowska). We will also hear beautiful songs composed and sung by Ilona Urbaniak with arrangements by Bartosz Hadala, and the special guest of the event will be the outstanding saxophonist residing permanently in New York, Krzysztof Medyna.
