Who are they
Jutrzenka Choir is a Polish women's choir operating in Brooklyn since 1934, affiliated with the Union of Polish Singers in America as Jutrzenka Singing Society No. 226, District VII.
Historically associated with the Mother of God Częstochowa and St. Casimir Parish; today's rehearsals take place at the Polish-Slovak Center in Greenpoint.
Pułaski Parade
The choir sings during the Holy Mass opening the Pułaski Parade at St. Patrick's Cathedral. In 2026, it will perform together with choirs from Rzeszów – a delegation from Poland numbers about fifty-three musicians and choir members.
Choir president, Leokadia Juszczak, is a member of the Pułaski Parade Committee and is responsible for organizing the Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral.
