Poland has 13 bilateral agreements – from the USA (2009) and Canada to Israel, Turkey, and Belarus (2022) – that aggregate periods, eliminate double contributions, and allow pension transfers abroad, while pensions from countries without agreements (Dubai, Brazil, South Africa) are still due but must be paid to a Polish account per Article 132.
