Quiet, hardworking, non-smoking couple (teacher) is looking for an apartment with 1-2 bedrooms priced up to 3000 USD per month. Preferred neighborhoods are:

• Greenpoint
• Park Slope
• Sunset Park
• Ridgewood
• Crown Heights

We are also open to other neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens. Preferred amenities:

• washer and dryer or laundry in the building
• dishwasher
• natural daylight
• proximity to parks and subway stations
• bedroom accommodating a Queen-size bed
• new appliances
• recently renovated apartment.
