Experienced handyman needed on the Upper West Side!

Handyman needed (Upper West Side/Manhattan). We are looking for an experienced handyman to join our team. This hands-on role includes:

• performing repairs in apartments and completing work orders
• preparing apartments between tenants
• painting and cleaning apartments
• maintaining common areas and grounds
• handling waste and recycling
• close collaboration with the superintendent and building staff.
  The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, general knowledge of plumbing and electrical work, can communicate in English, is comfortable using computers, and provides high-quality customer service. This is a non-union building. To apply, please send your resume to: agnes@chprop.com.
