Energetic housekeeper wanted for a family with children

Energetic housekeeper needed for an elegant townhouse. A family with 3 children aged 3-8 years, living in a townhouse near Fifth Avenue, is looking for an outside housekeeper to take care of their 4-bedroom home. This job is for someone in good shape who is not afraid of stairs in this large townhouse. Responsibilities include:

• full house management
• deep cleaning
• laundry
• ironing
• washing and ironing bed linens once a week
• cleaning valuable surfaces
• organizing closets

All ideal candidates should be interested in working for a longer period, be flexible to work on weekends, have over 5 years of experience, be legally allowed to work, be child-friendly, speak English, be elegant and presentable, as well as energetic, active, and in good shape. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-6, flexible. Salary: $80,000 plus insurance and bonus. Immediate start.
