• Leading daily operations in the workshop by assigning tasks, directing workflow, and maintaining the production schedule.
• Supervising and mentoring workshop employees, providing them with support, training, and guidance.
• Performing and overseeing quality control to ensure that all work meets drawings, specifications, and craftsmanship standards.
• Operating and maintaining woodworking machines, ensuring that tools are safe, calibrated, and ready for use.
