• ability to lead high-end projects in residential and commercial construction
• ability to read plans and independently manage layouts
• coordination of team, materials, and schedule
• clear communication with clients, general contractors, and the office
• experience in NYC/Westchester is a plus
• clean driver's license and reliable transportation.
