UP Construction & Restoration is looking for a reliable, responsible, and well-organized person to join our office team full-time.
Location: Middle Village, Queens
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Salary: depending on experience
Employment: only on a W-2 basis
Main responsibilities:
– preparing work hours and payroll information
– preparing safety documentation for our field teams
– verifying that employees complete all required documents
– entering invoices into QuickBooks
– handling general office and administrative duties
