Greenpoint, Brooklyn - I am looking to rent a one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom in Greenpoint. I have some flexibility regarding the move-in date. I am very clean and responsible, have a stable job, no pets, an excellent credit score, and would like to be part of this community. I am looking for something near Kent St, close to the G train station. I would like to live in an older building, with good light and a washer and dryer in the building.
