Care for a 93-year-old patient – substitute for one day a week

I am looking for a lady to substitute for one day a week to care for a 93-year-old patient who walks with the help of a walker. The job is in Southold, Long Island from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (12 hours) paid $25/hour – $300 for one shift. Ideally, it should be Friday, but we can discuss another day of the week.
