Urgent: Need an apartment for 3 people in Brooklyn!

We are looking for an apartment for 3 people (for me, my fiancé, and our friend). The owner is selling the house and we have to move out immediately! My fiancé works in hospitality in Manhattan, and our friend works as an EMT. I also work, we don't smoke, we respect the place where we live. I have a 700+ credit and we have savings for everything we need. We have two cats, one little kitten is 2 years old and has health issues, she needs surgery, but for that to happen, we need a place to live for at least a year or more.
