Help with moving on Saturday, March 7 - Upper West Side to Ridgewood

I am looking for two people to help with a move on Saturday, March 7 at 10 AM. The move includes:

• 1-bedroom apartment on Upper West Side (88th st & Amsterdam ave) in Manhattan
• moving a few items from the basement in Ridgewood.
  I am looking for people who can not only carry boxes and furniture but also have experience in disassembling and reassembling furniture. I guarantee a minimum of 7 hours of work - even if we finish earlier, I will pay for the full 7 hours.
