Doorman Wanted on Upper West Side

Upper West Side, doorman wanted: We are looking for a reliable doorman to maintain cleanliness and support daily operations of the building. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the compressor
• Organizing boxes and tenants' belongings
• Cleaning the lobby, elevators, hallways, basement, and gym
• Collecting trash and recycling according to NYC Department of Sanitation guidelines
• Concierge service, if necessary
• Cleaning apartments as needed
