We are looking for an assistant for valuation in the renovation industry

We are looking for a motivated valuation assistant with previous experience in the renovation industry to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• supporting lead estimators in preparing valuations for residential and commercial properties
• preparing and reviewing valuations using Xactimate (or similar software)
• conducting on-site visits and documenting damages (water, fire, mold, etc.)
• communicating with project managers, appraisers, and clients
• assisting in documentation of working files and developing scopes of work
