Renowned company specializing in facade work, based in Maspeth, Queens, executing residential and commercial projects throughout New York City, is seeking an experienced construction project coordinator to join its team.

Requirements: – Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating construction projects – Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously – Ability to continuously support the project manager in the daily organization and management of projects – Experience in administrative project coordination, including maintaining documentation, schedules, and monitoring incoming payments – Ability to prioritize and execute tasks according to the project schedule – Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software will be an additional asset
