Looking for a non-smoking woman to work at night in Teaneck, NJ

We are looking for a non-smoking woman to work at night on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We live in Teaneck, NJ and have three daughters aged 34, 32, and 25, who are busy with work or school but have a neuromuscular disease. They need assistance with:

• brushing teeth
• changing into pajamas
• hygiene needs
• occasional shower
• light laundry
• going to bed
• helping with position changes at night

The main requirements are:

• physical strength
• emotional maturity
• kindness
• patience
• sweetness
• punctuality

This job is not for someone who wants to sleep all night. We need our helper to be alert and ready to assist our daughters, and sometimes our son as well. We do not want the helper to roll their eyes when asked for help. Our family members are worthy and deserve respect at all times. We do not use a Hoyer lift, but the ladies are about five feet tall and weigh around 100 pounds.
