Proactive house manager with experience in pet care

Job Description:

This position requires a proactive professional who can effectively multitask, supervise staff, and take full responsibility for daily household operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Focus on caring for two dogs - walks 2-3 times a day and managing all dog-related needs (vet visits, supplies, coordinating grooming, etc.)
• Supervising two part-time cleaning staff and ensuring high standards
• Cleaning tasks and organization in the home
• Managing inventory and supplies in the home
• Ordering products online and maintaining stock levels
• Grocery shopping and handling household errands
• Care and maintenance of houseplants

Qualifications:

• Experience as a house manager and/or head cleaner in a private home
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable in a family environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Pet-friendly and experienced in dog care
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional

Schedule:

• Full-time, 5 days a week, flexible hours

Compensation:

• $45 per hour, DoE
