Receptionist - Welcoming Guests and Telephone Service

A person is needed for the reception:

• Welcoming and assisting with the flow of guests
• Telephone service (connecting calls, providing information about current programs and events)
• Managing guest check-ins
• Assisting in ticket sales
• Receiving and sending packages, correspondence, and document circulation (regular and electronic mail)
• Booking conference rooms
• Cooperation with courier companies and other transport services
• Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Polish history and general knowledge of Polish culture
