Regular Office Cleaning in Manhattan – 1.5 Hours a Day Job

We are looking for a person for regular office cleaning from Monday to Friday in the Wall Street area (Manhattan). The job is for 1.5 hours a day starting at 5:30 PM (this offer is for long-term cooperation for several months). Candidates are required to:
– have a valid work permit
– be ready for regular attendance

Salary: $50 for 1.5 hours of work.
Duties will include, among others:
– vacuuming
– cleaning two conference rooms
– wiping desks
– emptying the dishwasher
– cleaning the kitchen
– washing the coffee machine
(References from previous workplaces are welcome).
