Brooklyn, NY - I'm looking for a 1 bedroom or spacious studio in Ridgewood or Bushwick for July 1st, my max budget is $2,500 but looking for something under that so I can save some money for the future. I would love something with nice light, hardwood floors and charm, outdoor space would be a bonus! must be cat friendly, I'm a wonderful tenant, I'm in my 30s and too old for loud parties, I have 700+ credit and excellent rental history. I can provide personal references if needed! I am also open to other neighborhoods, I know Greenpoint might be tough to find in my budget but I also love it there.
