Looking for a warm and responsible nanny for three children in Princeton, NJ

Looking for a warm, responsible, and trustworthy nanny to help with three children aged 6, 11, and 14 (near Princeton, NJ). The main assistance will be needed for the girls aged 6 and 11. I need opieka for 3 full days a week at first, with the possibility of increasing the number of days or hours from September.
