Looking for a studio or one-bedroom apartment up to 2200 PLN

Looking for a studio or one-bedroom apartment - preferably not on the ground floor - with a budget of 2200 PLN per month. I work full-time and have one cat. I do not smoke, I have no addictions; I am a quiet person who respects others. I have an excellent credit history. The apartment must be within walking distance of a train station. I am interested in the following areas:

• Ridgewood
• Greenpoint
• Middle Village
• Astoria
• Sunnyside
• Woodside but I am also open to other locations.
