Looking for an apartment in Manhattan for a family

My wife, daughter (9 years old), and I are looking for an apartment in Manhattan.

We are looking for:

• 2 bed 1.5 bath or 3 bed 1.5 bath
• Within the range of $4000/4500 (less would of course be better)

We live in Bushwick and our lease ends on July 31 this year. We are looking for something from August 1. If anyone has an apartment for rent or knows of any off-market rental, please call or text me.
