Looking for an apartment: studio or 1 bedroom in Maspeth, Glendale

Looking for an apartment - studio or 1 bedroom from June 1 or July 15 for a longer period of time. My budget is $1500-1600. Preferably in the areas: Maspeth, Glendale, Middle Village, Astoria. I am a citizen - I was born in NY, I am 33 years old, single, have no children, the apartment is just for me (1 person). I have a stable job and very good references as a tenant.
