Looking for a room or studio for rent near JFK

I am looking for a room or possibly a studio for rent. I am a working person, calm, and tidy. I am mainly interested in a location with good access to JFK airport (Forest Hills, Kew Gardens, Ozone Park, or even Midtown Manhattan), so I can get there by subway or LIRR.
