My partner and I are looking for a 1-bedroom apartment or studio for long-term rent (up to a couple of years) in Queens, New York.

We grew up here and know the area well. We enjoy a quiet life, both work, and have good credit. We have a 2-year-old cat who is very clean and does not misbehave, so please don't worry. We are responsible, pay on time, have no addictions, and do not make noise.

Our budget is min. $1100-1800, with utilities included preferably, but we can always negotiate.
