Looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment up to $3000 in Greenpoint and surrounding areas

We are a calm couple, a teacher and a construction worker, looking for a one or two-bedroom apartment for prices lower than $3000 per month. We prefer apartments in the areas of: Greenpoint, Park Slope, Sunset Park, Crown Heights, and Ridgewood. We are looking for a place with the following amenities:

• washer and dryer or laundry in the building
• dishwasher
• lots of natural light
• new appliances
• proximity to subway and park
• large bedroom
• recently renovated apartment
  We will be ready to move in on April first.
