We are looking for an experienced handyman on the Upper West Side, Manhattan

Handyman needed (Upper West Side, Manhattan), we are looking for an experienced handyman to join our team. This hands-on role includes:

• performing repairs in apartments and fulfilling work orders
• preparing apartments between tenants
• painting and cleaning apartments
• maintaining common areas and grounds
• handling waste and recycling
• close collaboration with the superintendent and building staff.
  The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience, general knowledge of plumbing and electrical work, the ability to communicate in English, and basic computer skills.
