We are looking for a caregiver for our 11-year-old son with autism

Our son is 11 years old, is autistic, and does not speak. If you have experience working with children with special needs, that's great, but we are also looking for someone who simply "understands" autistic children. Due to our work situations, we need someone who can work every weekend or rarely needs time off. A few details about our home: We are very laid-back and do not expect you to jump through hoops.
