We are looking for a caregiver for our three intelligent daughters

We live in Teaneck, NJ with three superintelligent daughters.

We are looking for a non-smoking woman to assist our daughters aged 34, 32, and 25. Work from Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Our daughters need help with daily activities:

• hygiene needs
• assistance with dinner
• bathing on some days
• light laundry
• getting on and off scooters

The most important requirements are:

• physical strength
• emotional maturity
• kindness, patience, and sweetness

We are not interested in individuals who are busy with their mobile phones during work hours and do not pay attention to our daughters. We also do not want someone who gives our daughters dirty looks or rolls their eyes when asked for help. We have noticed that women with very long nails hurt our daughters when lifting, so that is not a good fit for us. We do not have a Hoyer lift, but our daughters are quite petite.
