We are looking for a reliable and hardworking farm worker to live near Wilmington, DE. This position is ideal for someone who loves working outdoors and has experience with horses and machinery. English language proficiency is required. Responsibilities:

• Horse care: daily feeding, turnout, cleaning stalls, and general horse handling.
• Farm maintenance: mowing pastures, weeding, and caring for the grounds.
• Equipment operation and maintenance: experience in operating, handling, and maintaining tractors and utility vehicles on the farm, general farm upkeep, fence repairs, and maintaining order on the premises.
